I believe that there are five essential elements that are conducive to learning. It is my job to act as guide for students as they work through the standards. Students learn best from hands-on activities.   Choice is enormously important for learning as students let their curiosity direct their learning.  Students need the opportunity to practice skills in a safe environment and a kind community. Technology and engineering must be incorporated into each and every school day as we create 21st century learners and community contributors.
